Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Galena, Illinois. Completed plans call for paving for a road / highway; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; and road / highway.
Commerce Street Parking Lot improvements, including: pavement, curb and gutter removal; earth excavation; grading; base preparation; new curb and gutter; HMA paving; and utility adjustments. All bids must be accompanied by a bank draft, cashier's check, certified check, or bid bond payable to the City of Galena for 10 percent of the total amount of the bid. All work done under this contract is subject to all requirements of the Department of Labor, State of Illinois, and must pay the prevailing wage rate as determined by the Department of Labor and the Owner. Provisions for liquidated damages, if any, are set forth in the Agreement.
