The winning bidder should be prepared to begin when notified by LCUB on specific assigned projects. Vendors shall have a bid submittal for an itemized per foot pricing for pipeline installations with material used for water, gas, and wastewater applications meeting 2021 LCUB Standard Specifications. Vendors shall be certified as a Valid Tennessee General Contractor with a MU License, Insured, Bond Limit set by LCUB, also certified in MACP, PACP, Confined Space, Trench Operations, Traffic Control, and all required qualifications set forth by TOSHA for performance of project assignments.
