Peggy Hannon-Rizza Recreation Complex - Park Building, 1 Ed Hayes Way, Billerica, MA. Estimated Cost $1,212,729 The work must be complete by March 31, 2023. The Project consists of a new park building, which will include a kitchen, multipurpose meeting room, concession area, toilets, and site works around the building. The Park building will be located at the center of the Peggy Hannon-Rizza Recreation Complex Project, which will be performed under a separate contract and is not in scope of the Building Contractor. The Site Contractor and the Building Contractor will be working in harmony. *Additional sets may be purchased for $100. Bidders requesting Contract Documents to be mailed to them shall include a separate check for $40.00 per set for UPS Ground (or $65.00 per set for UPS overnight), payable to BidDocs ONLINE, Inc., to cover mailhandling costs.
