Renovation of an educational facility in Fort Lee, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
All requests for clarification and/or interpretation by Bidders must be submitted in writing to Environetics Group Architects by January 26, 2022 at 4:00 PM. Bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond, drawn to the order of the Board of Education, for ten percent (10%) of the maximum amount of the bid but not in excess of $20,000. A 100% performance bond will be required of the successful bidder. (18A:18A-24). Bidders must be pre-qualified to bid on work specified by the New Jersey State Board of Education (Title 18A:18A-27). Bidders must also comply with the provisions of the Public Disclosure Law, N.J.P.L. 1977 c.33. Bidders are required to comply with requirements N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et. seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27. The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all bids and/or to accept the bid that, in its judgment will be in the best interest of the School District. The Board also reserves the right to waive any defects or informalities in any bid, should it be deemed to be in the best interest of the District to do so. Work of this phase shall begin upon approval from the state and to be substantially complete by August 31, 2022 Maintenance Bond (One year for 100% of Contract amount)
