The owner has determined a prequalified list of general contractors. The Project's Scope of Work shall consist of each of the following:
All work to be completed within six (6) weeks, including delays for weather.
Remove existing shingles, sheathing, felt paper, drip edges, flashing and pipe collars.
Replace all roofing sheathing with 1/2" CDX plywood sheathing and 1/2" fire rated plywood sheathing. The fire rated plywood sheathing is to be installed 4 feet out from either side of fire walls/party walls.
Inspect fascia boards, rake boards and soffits (replace wood, metal wrap or soffit as needed).
Install ice and dam shield at eaves, front, rear, and sides of the roofs.
Install new roof underlayment on the roofs.
Install new drip edges on the roofs.
Install new ridge vents on the roofs.
Install new pipe collars on the roofs.
Install new flashing on the roofs.
Install new 3-tab shingles (gray in color with a warranty of at least 25 years).
Replace leaking downspout in front of unit 3298. Payment and Performance Bonds. If the awarded contract amount is at least $50,000 but does not exceed $100,000 the Contractor shall provide payment and performance bonds equal to 50% of the awarded contract amount. If the awarded contract amount exceeds $100,000, the Contractor shall provide payment and performance bonds equal to 100% of the awarded contract amount. Questions Deadline
