Pueblo School District 60 is seeking competitive proposals from qualified, reliable vendors to replace the HVAC system at Risley Int'l Academy of Innovation. See RFP document for full details. Pueblo School District 60 is seeking competitive proposals from qualified, reliable vendors to replace existing HVAC (heating/ventilation/air-conditioning) air handler units at Risley International Academy of Innovation, 625 Monument Avenue, Pueblo, Colorado, 81001. The school district was the recipient of a BEST Grant award for the project and must meet all conditions required in the grant. The successful vendor will be responsible for demolishing, removing and disposing of the existing HVAC system as needed; installing new HVAC system & equipment, and all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, transportation, and services necessary to perform high quality work as further described in the Scope of Work and construction documents.
