This Notice of Planned Procurement is to advise potential bidders that Town of The Blue Mountains plans to conduct a procurement initiative as described below. INTRODUCTION Town of The Blue Mountains (Town) is considering the opportunity to develop portions of a specific Town-owned property that would result in significant community benefit that responds to the significant and growing needs to increase the range, types and stock of living accommodations in the Town and the South Georgian Bay Region THE WORK WILL INCLUDE: The Town is seeking the services of a creative, innovative and professional Lands Development Management Consultant to assist the Town in refining the project scope and delivery model, and in identifying potential proponents and innovations. The work will include developing a scope of work to be used in an RFPQ process and subsequent RFP process where it is expected the successful bidder will acquire the specific Town property and deliver the scope of development and specific element options in accordance with requirements set out by the Town. Proposal Documents are planned to be available in January 2022 through the Town's Bidding System Question Deadline: Mon Jan 10, 2022 12:00:00 PM (EST) The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
