The Sloan-Hendrix School District invites qualified Construction Management Agents to provide a Statement of Qualifications for various undetermined projects to be commenced during the next twelve-month period. Construction Management Agents, duly licensed by the State of Arkansas, with previous documented Construction Management experience are invited to submit the following information for consideration by the district's selection committee:1. Company overview/history including years in business, bankruptcies or contract default(s).2. Company experience with similar types of project(s) relative to size, program, complexity, schedule and budget. Projects may range in cost from $20,000 to $5,000,000. 3. Qualifications, education, and experience of the personnel to be assigned to the project(s).4. Qualifications to perform pre-construction services including:a. Conceptual estimatingb. Detailed estimatingc. Value analysisd. Systems analysise. Schedulingf. Construct ability reviewsg. Bid package developmenth. Cultivation of contractor and supplier interesti. Design support5. Company's qualifications to perform construction management services including:a. Critical path method schedulesb. Cost control and cost forecastingc. Contractor coordinationd. Change order managemente. Contractor and supplier procurementf. Punch-list closeout and warranty programsg. Management strategiesh. Safety plans. 6. Proof of minimum insurance coverage, for all areas, as required by state agencies.7. Recommendation/reasoning of specific Construction Management contract type to be used on projects.The SloanHendrix School District will hold all submissions for a twelve-month period and make tentative selections on a per-project basis using the criteria listed above as it may relate to any specific project. The weight assigned in the scoring process of any listed criteria is solely at the discretion of the selection committee. Submissions should be bound in three-ring binders with all included sheets not exceeding 8 1/2 X 11 inches. A total of three copies shall be provided for each submission.
