Demolition, site work, new construction, renovation and addition to a mixed-use development in Springdale, Arkansas. Conceptual plans call for the addition of a playground / park / athletic field; for the demolition of a playground / park / athletic field; for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field.
Professional Architectural services include providing the design and construction observation for various project including new building construction; remodeling and expansion of existing buildings and recreational park renovation and expansion. The SOQ's will be used for selection of architects for projects beginning in 2022. The City of Springdale Engineering department invites qualified firms to submit a Statement of Qualifications for Architectural Services Building and Park Improvement projects in the City of Springdale.
