Site work and renovation of an educational facility in Lions Head, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
General Scope of Work: - Replace existing asphalt surfaces, concrete sidewalks, and curbs - New barrier free parking stalls - Site fencing and concrete barriers - Flag poles - New light standards - Replace metal cladding - Paint finish to existing metal cladding - Exterior brick replacement Construction is expected to commence on or around June 30, 2022, or as otherwise directed by the Board. The project shall achieve substantial completion prior to September 3, 2022, unless otherwise approved by the Bluewater District School Board. It is the expectation of the Board that the successful Construction Management Firm will mobilize as necessary to meet and/or maintain the project schedule. The estimated construction value of this project is $800,000.
