Upgrades, repairs and redevelopment of the University Pavilion for the reallocation of the spaces became free on the site de la Montagne. The project will allow to free up rental study spaces at 7077 avenue du Parc, regroup the Health pole and administrative units with functional links in the Roger-Gaudry pavilion, create living spaces for students, reduce physical obsolescence of facilities by major renovations. The scope of the project 78100 includes demolition and partial alteration work. TIMELINE: The owner has cancelled the tender for contractor of the first project package 78100-511_SL_PUB_C due to a change in the scope of work. The work of this tender will be included in the scope of another package that will be followed in a new separate report. Coverage of this report has been discontinued.
