Renovation of an educational facility in Slidell, Louisiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
All bids must be accompanied by bid security equal to five percent (5%) of the sum of the base bid and all alternates, and must be in the form of a certified check, cashier's check or bid bond, as outlined in the Instructions to Bidders. The Successful Bidder will be required to furnish a performance and payment bond, each in an amount equal to 100% of the contract amount. No bid may be withdrawn except as provided for by law. Bidders have the option to submit bids electronically in accordance with Louisiana Revised Statute The Owner reserves the right, in accordance with law, to reject any and all bids. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
