Renovation of a detention facility in Beausejour, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the renovation of a detention facility.
This Request for Proposals (the "RFP") is an invitation by the Government of Manitoba ("Manitoba"), as represented by the Department of Central Services, Capital Project Planning and Delivery ("CPPD") to prospective proponents to submit proposals to provide roof replacement services as outlined in the contract documents (including all labour, materials, supplies and equipment) for multiple buildings located at the Milner Ridge Correctional Centre as further described in Section 1 of the RFP Particulars (Appendix 3) (the "Work"). CPPD requires the services of a roofing contractor to provide metal roof replacements for seven buildings located at the Milner Ridge Correctional Centre. The Scope of Work includes, but is not limited to, the Work described in this RFT and the specifications and drawings (Appendix 14). Work site location will be fully occupied during construction. Deadline for questions is February 15, 2022, 4 p.m. CT. All questions are to be submitted to cppdprocurement@gov.mb.ca. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
