Reference Number 0000256189 Question Acceptance Deadline 2023/09/29 12:00:00 AM CDT Providing equipment and labour to perform winter maintenance operations in the Beausejour-Birds Hill Area in the Province of Manitoba during the 2023/24 winter season. The Work locations are: In the Beausejour-Birds Hill Area as outlined in the table in this tender. The Work is fully detailed in the Reference Documents on the following page of this Tender. COMPLETION MODEL The Contractor shall be assessed Liquidated Damages in accordance with the Specification for Liquidated Damages - Completion Specified by Completion Date. LIQUIDATED DAMAGES A Liquidated Damage of FIFTEEN HUNDRED ($1,500.00) dollars per calendar day will be assessed to the Contractor for Snowplowing that has not been completed within 8 hours, excluding between the hours of 9 pm. and 4 am, on Paved Roads as specified on the work table, following notification from the Contract Administrator (CA). A Liquidated Damage of FIFTEEN HUNDRED ($1,500.00) dollars per calendar day will be assessed to the Contractor for Snowplowing that has not been completed within 48 hours on all other roads, following notification from the Contract Administrator (CA). Liquidated Damages shall continue to be assessed daily until the assigned project is complete. SEASONAL SHUTDOWN DATE The Seasonal Shutdown Date for this project is: MARCH 31, 2024.
