The University is seeking a qualified supplier and a licensed electrician replace current lights with LED fixtures and lights at the Band Center. The State reserves the right to waive any minor informality or technicality in bids received.The State reserves the right to reject all original offers and request one or more of the Vendors submitting bids within a competitive range to submit a best and final offer (BAFO), based on discussions and negotiations with the State, if the initial responses to the IFB have been evaluated and determined to be unsatisfactory.State reserves the unqualified right to reject any and all bids at any time if such rejection is deemed to be in the best interest of the State. o All lights will be daylight color.
o Remove existing lights and install new lights and fixtures per schedule (Exhibit A)
o Dispose of existing light fixtures off site in a legal manor.
o Can lights will have the bulbs only existing fixtures will remain.
o This will be performed during normal working hours 8 AM to 5PM Monday through Friday.
o Duke energy credit will not be part of the bid evaluation
o Install 3 ea. New track lighting
o The new track lighting will be run out of the existing panel in the center of the band room.
o 3 new 3/4" EMT separate runs for each new track lighting with dimmable light switch on each run
