Renovation of a municipal facility in Fredericton, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
* Award subject to final approval. The demolition and installation of mechanical equipment along with all control and electrical requirements as indicated on drawings and in specifications. .1 Demolish and dispose of existing natural gas boiler(s), venting and accessories. .2 Demolish and dispose of existing river water filter(s), heat exchanger, city water connection and associated piping used for cooling existing heat pump loop. Access to cooling to be maintained to the building for the duration of work. .3 Supply and install two (2) condensing boilers, condensate neutralization tank, pumps, valves, fittings, strainers, intake venting, exhaust venting and natural gas piping. .4 Supply and install new heating water supply and return headers. Insulate all new and existing hot water heating pipes in boiler room. .5 Supply and install new air-cooled chiller, glycol, glycol piping, two (2) heat exchangers, circulation pumps for heating and cooling existing heat pump loop. .6 Supply and install new power vent kit for existing domestic water heater. .7 Supply and install new wall mount ductless air-cooled heat pump to serve kitchen area. .8 Supply and install new ducted water-cooled heat pump to serve staff room and electrical room.
