The proposed work involves the reconstruction of the infrastructure on Summer Street (200 metres) and Winter Street (170 metres), from their perspective intersections with Cherry Avenue to the east and Clarence Avenue to the west, including the installation of approximately 380 metres of various sizes of storm sewer mains, 405 metres of 200 mm PVC sanitary sewer main, 395 metres of 200 mm DI water main, concrete curb and gutter, roadway granulars, asphalt concrete, landscaping, and related appurtenances.
