Renovation of a laboratory facility in Fredericton, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for the renovation of a laboratory facility.
* Award subject to final approval. This renovation project includes the renovation of rooms GC 111/112. The project will include but is not limited to, new walls, flooring, ceiling, furnishings, electrical and mechanical. A security deposit in the form of a Bid Bond or Certified Cheque in the amount of 10% of the total tendered price including taxes must accompany your Tender submission. Tender documents to be obtained electronically through UNB's online Bonfire portal. Bid documents are on display at the Construction Association Offices in Fredericton, Saint John and Moncton.
