Providing all materials, equipment and labor for the Construction of New Transmission Mains described as follows: Hurt Bridge CIP: approximately 3,905 feet of 36-inch diameter water main along Hurt Bridge Road and Keith Bridge CIP 2 and 3: approximately 15,402 feet of 36-inch diameter water main along Keith Bridge Road. Each Bidder must deposit with his Bid, a Bid Bond, or a Certified or Cashier's Check to the order of the Forsyth County Board of Commissioners in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the amount bid and a Consent of Surety form from a surety company licensed to conduct business in the State of Georgia, engaging to furnish, upon award of the Contract, a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond, each in a sum not less than one hundred percent (100%) of the total price bid for the completed work and the appropriate insurance certificate. No Bidder may withdraw his Bid within 90 days after the actual date of the opening, thereof. Requests for review of equivalency will not be accepted from anyone except Contractor, and such requests will not be considered until after the Contract has been awarded
