Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a clubhouse / community center in Oconto Falls, Wisconsin. The project consists of the addition of a two-story elevator and office to the Oconto Falls Senior Center and upgrading the main floor facility finishes as well as renovating the building's HVAC system. Demolition scope includes the removal of existing office, interior finishes, and partition walls. New work includes updating wall and floor finishes, new casework. Building system upgrades include re-working existing HVAC systems for the new layout. Minor plumbing modifications will be made. Some new interior lighting will be provided along with new electrical and data outlets.
