The work consists of replacement of HVAC system throughout the Main Building, installation of Fire Sprinkler System throughout the Main Building, miscellaneous remodeling throughout the Main Building including but not limited to general renovations, ceiling replacement, flooring replacement, electrical work and additional work as indicated. Contract Type: Single prime lump sum contract. The costs of the bonds are to be included in each contractor's bid proposal. Selected Bidders must assure that all persons employed by Bidder, and all applicants for such employment, will not be discriminated against because of their race, creed, color, sex, age or national origin. Selected Bidder will be required to pay prevailing rates of wages to all employees engaged in the project work and provide certified payroll indicating full compliance. Such prevailing rates to be as determined by the U.S. Dept. of Labor for the area in which project is located. Selected bidder will be required to provide documentation of participation in apprenticeship and training programs approved and registered with the United States Department of Labor's Bureau of Apprenticeship and Training. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive any irregularities in the Bidding, and to award contract in Owner's best interests.
