Category 1: General Contractor Category 2: Electrical Subcontractor Category 3: Mechanical Subcontractor Category 1 - General Contractor: For the purposes of this letter, the anticipated total construction cost for the Third Line Wastewater Pumping Station and Mid-Halton Wastewater Treatment Plant Inlet Building Upgrades is approximately CAD $15,000,000 and therefore the letter must confirm bonding facility in the amount of CAD $22,500,000. Category 2 - Electrical Contractor: For the purposes of this letter, the anticipated total construction cost for the electrical of the project is approximately CAD $2,400,000 and therefore the letter must confirm bonding facility in the amount of CAD $3,600,000. Category 3 - Mechanical Contractor: For the purposes of this letter, the anticipated total construction cost for the electrical of the project is approximately CAD $3,400,000 and therefore the letter must confirm bonding facility in the amountof CAD $5,100,000. It is anticipated the subsequent Request for Tenders could be issued as early as Spring 2026. The anticipated start date for the works is Q3 2026.
