Description

Site work and new construction of a fire / police facility in Pikeville, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the construction of a fire / police facility; and for site work for a fire / police facility.

The City of Pikeville is seeking sealed bids on an Annex Fire Station to be located by the current fire station. Bids will be awarded on or after February 14, 2022, the successful contractor will be notified. Please direct all questions to Chief Paul Swafford at (423) 618-0540. The City of Pikeville and Board of Aldermen reserve the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any technicalities, and to select the bid deemed by the Mayor and Board of Aldermen to be in the best interest of the city.
