Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Three Rivers, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.

Shelter Roofing Replacements Work to include the following specifics:Remove existing shingles, all underlayment material (down to sheathing), and drip edge.Ground shall be completely covered with tarps or other approved material prior to initiating shingle removal o Once material has been removed from site, entire shit shall be swept Install drip edge (color complimentary to shingles and shelter) Install synthetic roofing underlayment roll on sheathing Roof entire structure with Certain Teed landmark pro dimensional shingles. Color - Burnt Sienna (suggested options will be considered). Bid information may be acquired from the City of Three Rivers electronically or Department of Public Services, 1015 S. Lincoln Avenue, Three Rivers, Michigan, or by calling 269-273-1845. Anticipated award is at the February 15, 2022 Commission meeting. Final completion of this project shall be no later than May 31, 2022. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive informalities or defects in bids, or accept such bids as it shall deem to be in the best interest of the City of Three Rivers.
