Renovation of a residential development in Ozark, Alabama. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
Work shall be in accordance with plans and specifications prepared by J. Michael Lee Associates, Inc. ARCHITECTURE and dated December 17, 2021. The work is located on the following housing sites in Ozark: 1. Ross Drive 2. Douglas Brown Homes 3. Herring Homes 4. Glenway Homes The scope of the work will include full modifications of one building at Ross Drive to include gypsum board, kitchen cabinets, tile, plumbing fixtures, electrical, mechanical, and metal roofing, new exterior doors and security screen doors at Glenway homes, new tankless water heaters at Herring and Matthews/Brown Homes, and new parking at Matthews/Brown Homes. If plans and specifications are not returned or if a bonafide bid is not submitted, the deposit will not be refunded. Subcontractors and material suppliers may obtain whole or partial sets of plans and specifications by paying the cost of reproduction and mailing. Refunds will not be made on such sets. All bidders must be licensed under the provisions of Title 34, Chapter 8, Code of Alabama 1975. Licensing required by local municipalities shall be obtained prior to the execution of construction contract. Bidders must include with their bid a Non-Collusive Affidavit and Previous Participation Certificate on the correct HUD forms and signed by the bidder. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after the time and date set for bid opening. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive technicalities and informalities. *The bid list for this project may be incomplete.
