The City of Leander, herein after City, seeks an agreement with a qualified Individual, Firm, or Corporation, herein Respondent, to provide services to include master planning, project cost analysis, design/architectural and engineering of a new state-of-the-art City Athletic Complex/Park including, but not limited to: softball fields, multipurpose fields, restrooms, concessions, parking, utilities and associated infrastructure as well as walking trails/trail head, picnic shelters, covered outdoor sports court, and possibly other items all of which will be based upon further public input and cost analysis. This project will be referred to as the Leander Municipal Athletic Complex LMAC The City anticipates a project schedule similar to the following: January March 31, 2002: Public input; concept and cost analysis April 1 June 30, 2002: Final Design & City Planning Process July 1 October 30, 2022: Construction documents and bid preparation Class/Item Code: 90672-Recreation Facilities (Parks, Marinas, Etc.) - Architectural Services 90657-Land Development And Planning - Architectural 90683-Sports Facility, Architectural Services 91107-C.I.P., Architectural and Engineering Services The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
