Summary: The City of Neosho will be taking bids for the lease of approximately 160 acres at the Neosho Hugh Robinson Memorial Airport for hay and see purposes for the term of three years. The City of Neosho encourages companies to use local subcontractors and workers whenever possible. The Airport Manager representing the City will be assigned to record data and supervise the work of the selected contractor. The City reserves the right to accept or reject all bids Scope of Work: l. Seed Production and Hay Operations The property is to be used for fescues seed production and haying operations. The selected bidder shall be responsible for selecting the manner of harvesting the seed and hay, but in no instance shall allow weeds or vegetation to grow higher than four (4) feet high. The selected bidder agrees to remove any baled hay from the runways or taxiway areas the same day baled. 2. Mowing Runway areas per F.A.A. Regulations All the areas noted on the attached map to be mowed at least four (4) times a years as not to allow grass to exceed ten (10) inches in height per F.A.A. regulations. If hay is to be taken from this area, this may count towards a mowing
