Remodeling of a mixed-use development in Milford, Kansas. Completed plans call for the remodel of a clubhouse / community center; and golf course.
The Request for Proposals (RFP) is for remodeling the upstairs clubhouse at Rolling Meadows Golf Course. Remove & Replace existing flooring with Commercial Vinyl Plank Flooring to match the lower-level flooring. Remove & Replace existing lighting fixtures. Remove counter tops and cabinets. Replace south exit door. Repair or Replace windows as needed. Install a chair rail on the upstairs walls with texture below the rail. Strip popcorn off ceiling replacing it with knockdown texturing. Install glass partition walls for an office space in the northwest of the upstairs.
