Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Star, Idaho. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; for site work for a water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Bid Package 1: A new regional lift station and site improvements including an electrical and control building, yard piping, pavement, 9-foot diameter chamber for future screening equipment, 12-foot diameter wet well, valve vault and appurtenances, electrical, SCADA, security, and control gear. Bid Package 2: Approximately 8,500 feet of 10-inch pressure sewer main and appurtenances with surface repair. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be a combination of lump sum and unit price, with additive bid schedule(s) as indicated in the Bid Form, if any.
