The Board of Trustees of West Ada School District is requesting bids for irrigation upgrades at Star Middle School. This ITB will utilize UNSPSC Commodity Code: 211025, 21102503, 70171710 Details or responsiveness of the offering(s) will not be addressed during the meeting. Bids received after the deadline will not be considered and no proposer may withdraw their bid after the deadline or before award unless said award is delayed for a period exceeding sixty (60) days. Each bid exceeding $50,000 must be accompanied by a bid bond with a surety company licensed to do business in Idaho or a certified/cashiers check drawn on an Idaho bank in an amount not less than five per cent (5%) of the total bid, made payable to Joint School District No. 2. In the event of the successful bidders failure to execute the contract, this bid surety may be forfeited to Joint School District No. 2 at the sole discretion of the Board of Trustees. The Board of Trustees of Joint School District No. 2 reserves the right to disregard all non-conforming, non-responsive or conditional bids, to waive any minor informality/irregularity, to reject all bids, or to accept the bid or bids it deems best.
