Renovation of a municipal facility in Wild Rose, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Division of Facilities Development, hereinafter termed DFD, hereby announces that it is 16 advertising for bids from certified contractors for the above project. In general the work consists of: The removal and replacement of the following items: two (2) boilers, two (2) primary pumps associated with the boilers, the boiler management system, combustion flue, combustion venting, and the directly associated accessories. The 2017-2019 Wisconsin State Budget (2017 Wisconsin Act 59) repealed Wisconsins 44 prevailing wage laws. Effective September 23, 2017, state prevailing wage requirements 45 on state building projects no longer apply. These changes take effect for projects 46 advertised for bid after September 23, 2017. This change does not affect the Federal 47 Davis Bacon Act requirements.
