The City of Titusville is soliciting sealed bids from licensed, qualified and experienced contractors to provide all labor, material and equipment to install three-(3) carport structures at the City's Blue Heron Water Reclamation Facility located at 4800 Deep Marsh Road, Titusville, FL 32780. Minority-Owned, Woman-Owned, and Small Business Enterprises are encouraged to respond to this solicitation. Contractor shall be responsible to provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision. o One-(1) Carport Structure, 24' W x 26' L x 12' H, galvanized steel frame, vertical roof on an existing concrete slab, white roof panels o One-(1) Carport Structure, 15' W x 41' L x 15' H, galvanized steel frame, vertical roof on an existing concrete slab, white roof panels o One-(1) Carport Structure, 15' W x 41' L x 15' H, galvanized steel frame, vertical roof with one- (1) side (length-wise) mounted on asphalt and the other side mounted on concrete, white roof panels Supply their own equipment and source of power for on-site work. 5) Structures must meet current building codes for new construction. 6) Dispose of all hazardous and non-hazardous materials in accordance with EPA, FDEP, and OSHA requirements. 7) Responsible for design and engineering of structure, permitting requirements and associated costs. Any fees associated with permits issued by the City shall be reimbursed to the Contractor. 8) Project to start within five (5) calendar days after receipt of Purchase Order; and project must be completed within thirty (30) calendar days after start date
