(As of 03/03/2022) The Housing authority of the City of Titusville is accepting bids/quotes for interior modernization of our public housing units. The bid shall remain active for 60 days after the time of receipt. Minority and women-owned businesses are encouraged to submit proposals. The Housing Authority of the City of Titusville reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities in any bid whenever such rejection or waiver is in the interest of the owner. Repair/Repaint all wall and ceiling surfaces of bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and living areas, with paint provided by THA. Repaint all door frames with paint provided by THA. Install new interior doors and door hardware. Remove/Replace receptacles/switches and covers. Remove/Replace all HVAC register vents with equivalent to existing item. Remove/Replace existing light fixtures with new LED or equivalent. Remove/Replace ceiling fan fixtures with new 42" with LED lighting or equivalent. Remove exposed cable/wire loom in bedrooms. Replace to code in attic space. Install/Paint new 2 1/4 in. - 3.5 in crown molding/trim or equivalent throughout unit. Install new Cabinetry in Kitchen, Upper/lowers/sink and faucet. Install new bath faucet. Remove/Replace vertical blinds. Repair/Replace damaged VCT. Strip/Clean/Wax VCT flooring. Install new wire shelving in closets/ including hanger rod in bedrooms. Remove/Replace/Re-glaze Broken windows with impact glass.
