Renovation of a detention facility in Pierre, South Dakota. Working plans call for the renovation of a detention facility.
As of January 28 the project did not received bids . for the Security Door Replacement Phase Two, South Dakota Women's Prison, Pierre, South Dakota. All bidders planning to attend the pre-bid must fill out a DOC access form, provided in the project manual. Forms must be submitted 48 hours before the pre- bid. Each bid in excess of $100,000.00 must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or draft in the amount of 5% of the base bid and all add alternates and drawn on a State or National Bank, or a 10% bid bond issued by a surety authorized to do business in the State of South Dakota and made payable to the Bureau of Administration of the State of South Dakota. The BOA reserves the right to reject any or all-bids and to waive any irregularities therein. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. This project has an estimated budget of $80K to $100K.
