Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, supplies, tools, parts, incidentals, travel, and equipment necessary to provide minor repairs, remodeling, and restoration services. As required by Executive Order S-02-06, the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) is committed to meeting the State's 25 percent (25%) Small Business (SB) participation goal.
