See Attachment 1. The successful proposal will determine the proposed DDA district's current parking needs and capacity, its future parking needs if all commercial/office space within the proposed DDA district were redeveloped at the highest intensity of use allowed under current zoning and provide a long-term parking strategy for the proposed DDA district. Also, the study should review a customer's parking experience within the proposed DDA district and make recommendations on improving that experience.
