The City of Titusville owns 25 moorings in the Indian River, Titusville, Florida for the purpose of mooring recreational boats in a mooring field on Titusville City Municipal Marina. The moorings are managed by F3 Marina and require an annual inspection to ensure functional integrity and safety. The work includes underwater inspections of the mooring systems from the bottommost shackle in the system up to and including the boundary buoys, lights and markers, the mooring ball and pickup line with a detailed reporting of findings. Contractor will present the City Marina Manger with an inspection report accompanied by an estimate for any repairs required. The City's Marina Manager may also at times request estimates for on-demand maintenance or repairs to include new installations as deemed necessary by the City. All diving activity and practices are to comply with the Association of Diving Consensus Standards, OSHA Standards, and any required government safety regulations. The diving business must be insured for a minimum liability coverage in accordance with the bid requirements. The policy shall include the City as an additional insured. Bid Bond 5% Minority-Owned, Woman-Owned, and Small Business Enterprises are encouraged to respond to this solicitation. The terms of this contract shall be for one (1) year with an additional three (3) one-year renewal options, subject to satisfactory negotiation of terms (including price acceptable to both parties), the annual availability of appropriated funds for this service, and satisfactory performance of the awarded contractor. A Purchase Order will be issued for all approved services. The City reserves the right to terminate or not renew the Contract at any time with or without cause.
