Demolition and site work for a water / sewer project in Titusville, Florida. Completed plans call for the demolition of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
All questions should be submitted in writing prior to 5:00 p.m. seven (7) days prior to the opening date. The City of Titusville intends to contract with a licensed contractor(s) to demolish and remove the Elevated Water Storage Tank and all appurtenances located at 5005 Barna Avenue, Titusville, Florida. All demolition related construction for the project shall conform to General Notes provided in Attachment A - Engineer's Technical Specifications provided by the Engineer of Record, AECOM Technical Services, Inc., and any other regulating Local, State, or Federal authority with jurisdiction over the work activity. Furnish all labor, materials, equipment and incidentals in conformance with the Contract Documents. The work generally includes, but is not limited to, the following: 1. Demolition and removal of an existing elevated water storage tank and all appurtenances. Domed storage building to remain. 2. Site work, earthwork and grassing. 3. Restore the site to a condition that is equal or better than the condition of the site before construction began. 4. Asbestos and lead remediation.
