The City of Titusville Public Works Department is seeking qualified contractors to complete wet well pipe rehabilitation within the South Street (LS#25) Lift Station. Payment and Performance Bond in an amount equal to 100% of the contract amount will be required as well as a one-year Maintenance Bond equal to 10% of the final contract. The guarantee so furnished shall be in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the Total Bid Price. All certified checks must have attached thereto the necessary governmental documentary stamps. All questions should be received in writing prior to 5:00 p.m. on June 16, 2023. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities of bids. The City reserves the right to make any changes to this bid, or to reject any and all, or parts of any and all bids, or to accept any bid or portion thereof deemed to be in the best interest of the City, or postpone or cancel, at any time, this bid, or to re-solicit this bid, or to waive any irregularities in this bid or in the offers received as a result to this bid. The City also reserves the right to request clarification or information from any bidder.
