Site work for a water / sewer project in Titusville, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The scope of work includes furnishing and installing all equipment, parts, and labor necessary for the replacement of the existing drive unit with a new drive unit to include but not limited to, purchasing the drive unit, installation of the unit, electrical disconnect and reconnect, two start up testing periods and any troubleshooting if necessary. Any bid received without Bid Bond for 5% of the Bid Total Price, Public Entity Crime Form, Scrutinized Company Form, Drug Free Workplace Form, Federal or other certifications contained herein, Proof of Insurance, may be considered incomplete and immediately disqualified Payment and Performance Bond in an amount equal to 100% of the contract amount will be required as well as a 10% Maintenance Bond for this project The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive minor irregularities in the bids. All questions should be received in writing prior to 5:00 p.m. on June 7, 2023.
