Legal Advertisement Jim Black Road - Phase II and III Roadway Improvements CITY OF FRANKLIN, INDIANA ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS The City of Franklin, Indiana will receive bids for the Jim Black Road Phase II and III Roadway Improvements project, all in accordance with the Contract Documents, Construction Schedule, and Specifications.
