Term contract for Water and Wastewater Chemicals Class/Item Code: 88594-Water Treating Chemicals (Not Otherwise Classified) 88596-Recycled Water And Wastewater Treating Chemicals 89015-Complete Water Treatment Systems, Chemical This contract shall be effective for one year from February 8, 2022, and will expire February 7, 2022. Upon mutual agreement of the parties and contingent upon City Council budget approval for FY 2022- 2023, contract may be extended for a period of one (1) additional year, from February 8, 2022, through February 7, 2023. A renewal contract should be signed by the City prior to expiration of the initial term and any subsequent term. The City reserves the right to reject any bids that do not meet specifications stated herein or reject all bids should this project not be approved for any reason. Every question or request for interpretation concerning the solicitation shall be directed to the Procurement Manager, Lucy Gonzalez in writing via e-mail at lgonzalez@huntsvilletx.gov or sent via mail addressed to the Purchasing Department at 448 SH 75 North, Huntsville, Texas 77320. All questions or request for interpretation must be received by January 13, 2022 @ 5:00 P.M. as addressed above. All questions or requests for interpretation concerning the solicitation received after January 13, 2022 @ 5:00 P.M will be considered void and unacceptable.
