As of July 7, 2022, a consultant has been awarded. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The City of Port St. Lucie (City) is seeking the services of a qualified contractor to provide both pavement condition and right of way asset surveys for all rights of way owned and/or maintained by the City. The City of Port St. Lucie street network currently consists of approximately 917 centerline miles of paved roadway. There are no unpaved roadways under the City's jurisdiction. Contractor will be required to provide all necessary equipment and personnel to supply the City with a Pavement Condition Survey and Analysis in accordance with ASTM D6433 standards, a Sidewalk Condition Analysis, and a Right of Way asset condition inventory including but not limited to, street signs, guardrails, curb & gutter, traffic signals, pavement markings, ADA curb ramps, traffic calming features, and pedestrian/street lighting. The City of Port St. Lucie reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive any and all informalities or irregularities, to negotiate with any qualified Proposers, and to accept or reject all or any part of any proposal as it may deem to be in the best interest of the citizens of the City.
