Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Port Saint Lucie, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

The intent of the City is to enter into a Lump Sum contract with one (1) qualified Contractor. The Base Bid shall include all the labor, supervision, equipment, machinery, tools, materials, permits, transportation, utilities, and other incidentals items required to complete the Botanical Garden Security Fence and Secret Garden Project. The City is seeking professional Contractors with extensive construction experience working with-in an Active and Operational Site. The Project consists of ornamental fencing and gates, concrete sidewalks, and finished mosaic tile. The project is located at: 2410 SE Westmoreland Blvd., Port St. Lucie, FL 34952. Security Fence The Security Fence project consists of but is not limited to the following items: minor vegetation removal, the demolish of approximately 25 LF of 3' aluminum picket fencing (located at the visitor's center), the removal of approximately 220 LF of vinyl picket fencing (located at the Butterfly Garden), the demolition of approximately 751 LF of existing 6' chain link fencing and gates (located in the maintenance area), the installation of a new 8'x 5 sidewalk stained to match existing (see plan for location), the design and installation of three (3) 8'-0x8'-0' ornamental swing gates (see attached for design), the furnish and installation of five (5) 8'x8' ornamental swing (picket style) gates. Proposed hardware for ALL swing gates shall include commercial grade ball-baring hinges, lockable tapper proof Lock sets and door holder and stop hardware. Also included the base bid is three (3) 123'x8' rolling ornamental gates (picket style) and all related hardware. In addition, the furnish and installation of approximately 360' LF of 8' tall ornamental picket fence (green) and 550 LF of 8' tall ornamental picket fence (black). All ornamental fencing sections and gates shall be welded with 1" pressed picket spears placed at 4" on-center, with four (4) 1"x 2" channel rail supports. In-line posts shall be 4" x 4" x 1/8" thick and installed 6' on-center. Gate posts shall be 6" x 6" x 1/8" thick. Concrete for ALL gate posts and in-line posted shall be hand-mixed and posts shall have a minimum 2'0 embedment. (Hold set/poured concrete is not allowed).
