Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Alburtis, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
As of October 27, 2023, project was awarded to Construction Masters Services, LLC with $1,148,218.90. Question Deadline 08/23/2023 at 12:00 PM ET Installation of new curb, sidewalk and driveway aprons. Installation of ADA ramps and crosswalks. Installation of new storm sewer inlets. Installation of bituminous paving and milling in designated areas. Earthwork and landscape restoration. All quantities listed are approximate. All materials shall be PENNDOT approved. All work to be performed in accordance with Alburtis Borough and PENNDOT Specifications. The municipality reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all proposals or portions thereof, and to delete projects and or portions of the project PA Prevailing Wages Project Rates will apply to this Contract The grant contract with the CFA expires on June 30, 2025 Work to be completed on or before October 15, 2024. Liquidated damages apply at $870 per calendar day after October 15, 2024.
