2022 Roadway Ultra-Thin Bonded Wearing Course Project (Type B) Each bidder is required to bid on the total project. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond or certified check made payable to 'Borough of Alburtis' in the amount of 10% of the total bid. The successful bidder shall provide a performance bond or certified check to the municipality in the amount of 100% of the contract within 5 days after the contract is awarded. Alburtis Borough hereby reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all bidders, to refuse and reject any or all bids submitted, and also reserves the right to waive any informality in bids received
