Renovation of a mixed-use development in Covington, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Add new heat pump systems at AHS. Replace existing HVAC equipment with new at MVES/CMS, SES and CES. Replace existing carpet/VCT with new VCT at MVES. Existing facilities will be occupied during construction. All work shall be coordinated with Owner's occupancy schedule. All inquiries, questions, and requests for information should be directed to Mr. Eric Tyree (540) 960-1066 etyree@alleghany.k12.va.us or Mr. Granville Grant (540) 342-6001 ggrant@spectrumpc.com no later than 10 business days prior to the date set for receipt of bids. Inquiries submitted after this date may not receive a response.
