Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Verona, New Jersey. Working plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Each proposal must be made upon the prescribed forms furnished with the contract specifications. Proposals must be accompanied by a Bid Deposit in the form of a Bid Bond, Certified Check, Money Order or Cashier's Check in the amount of $11,500.00. Each proposal must be enclosed in a sealed envelope, bearing the name and address of the bidder and shall be addressed to the TOWNSHIP CLERK'S OFFICE, and delivered at the place and hour mentioned above. Envelope or Package must be clearly endorsed, CONTRACT #2022-01 - RECONSTRUCTION OF SIDEWALKS, CURBS, DRAINAGE & FURNISHING OF SNOW PLOWING EQUIPMENT & PERSONNEL. 1. This solicitation will be awarded via a Fair and Open Process in accordance with N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.5 et seq. 2. Bidder must be registered with the State of New Jersey at time of the award of the contract. Bidders will be required to present a copy of their Business Registration Certificate (BRC). 3. Bidders must provide an Ownership Disclosure Affidavit with bid proposal, failure to provide the same is a non-waivable defect. 4. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27.
