Site work, new construction and renovation of a mixed-use development in Jackson, Michigan. Completed plans call for the construction of a educational facility; for site work for a educational facility; library; library; for the renovation of a educational facility; library; and swimming pool.
Jackson Public Schools - will accept bids for the High School which will consist of a major renovation to the existing boys and girls locker rooms as well as the demo and infill of the High School's original swimming pool to create a new multi-use athletic room. The library will also undergo a cosmetic upgrade changing out ceilings, lighting, flooring and a new cafe created within the existing space. All proposals shall be accompanied by a sworn and notarized statement disclosing any familial relationship (or lack of a relationship) that exists between the Owner or any employee of the bidder and any member of the Board of Education of the Jackson Public Schools District or the Superintendent of the School District. The District shall not accept a bid that does not include a sworn and notarized disclosure statement. Additionally, each bid shall be accompanied by a notarized disclosure statement indicating that they have not been doing business with companies having ties with the country of Iran in accordance with the Iran Sanctions Act. The District shall not accept a bid that does not include a notarized Affidavit of Compliance - Iran Economic Sanctions Act.
