Renovation of a water / sewer project in Jackson, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Furnish and install new launder covers in the seven existing final clarifier tanks. The scope of this work shall include all labor, equipment and materials necessary to complete this project according to the specifications listed in the contract documents. All labor, equipment and materials necessary for completion of the work, but not specifically listed as a pay item, will be deemed to be included in one or more of the pay items listed in the bid sheet. Seven Final Clarifier Launder Covers, Non-walkable Type Prospective bidders are invited to attend a pre-bid meeting on No prebid will be held. Contractor's can direct their questions to Shelly Allard at sallard@cityofjackson.org. It is recommended that prospective bidders visit the jobsite by contacting Trent Stockman to make arrangements.
